Merging academia,
industry and innovation.
Project: In collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University's head of automation engineering and Uber, this event aimed to merge the realms of academia, industry innovation, and executive networking in Pittsburgh. The goal was to create an environment that reflected the cutting-edge of engineering and technology through strategic use of space, technology, and programming.
Intent: To establish LivePerson as a leader alongside the engineering elite through curating a two-day event that showcased innovation while fostering intimate connections among 120+ C-suite executives. The ambition was to transform a gym into a segmented, intimate event space that exuded sleekness and luminosity, integrating Uber's self-driving pilot for attendee transportation and featuring a tour of Carnegie Mellon's automation labs.
Challenges: The primary challenge was the logistical and creative transformation of a conventional gym into a multifunctional, high-end event space conducive to conversation, learning and building meaningful connections.
Role/Contributions: Devised and implemented the creative strategy and branding to align with the event's innovative spirit.
Produced experiential programming that facilitated immersive experiences and dialogue among attendees.
Directed production, AV, and live video streaming, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both on-site and remote participants.
