Project: As part of LivePerson's marquee global Executive Community event series, We kick off the Curiously Human AI program in London highlighted emerging trends and innovations in Conversational AI. LivePerson leaders unveiled new product features, while customers shared their strategies, successes, and challenges.
Intent: To transform the Curiously Human brand into a tangible and immersive experience for EMEA attendees, showcasing the latest in Conversational AI through engaging environments, interactions, and
a scalable brand system. All materials used were biodegradable, recycled, and reusable.
Role/Contributions: Crafted the creative strategy and branding.
Directed design and execution, creating an experiential journey.
Led production, AV, and video production for live streaming and managed vendor/agency relationships.
Managed logistics, build-out, and print collateral within a $600K budget, allocating $200K for environmental aspects.
Results: The event was a monumental success, directly generating
$4M in bookings, proving the power of a well-executed brand experience in driving business results.
