Connecting executive communities through meaningful experiences.
Project: The third and final edition of LivePerson's Curiously Human Event Series was hosted in San Francisco. This edition focused on pioneering conversational AI trends and showcased insights from industry leaders from across the globe and brands such as Virgin Media, Verizon and Delta.
Intent: To culminate the Curiously Human brand's global journey with the curation of a memorable experience for attendees in San Francisco, demonstrating the potential of conversational AI through dynamic environments and interactions.
Challenges: Faced with the need to slash the event budget by 50% just three weeks before kickoff, I showcased agility and creativity to maintain quality and execution standards.
Role/Contributions: Led a creative strategy, branding, and execution
Directed design, production, and experiential aspects
Managed vendor and agency relations, logistics, and the build-out process
Directed AV and live video production and streaming
Oversaw a budget that started at $1.2M but was later reduced to $800K, with $80k dedicated for activations and buildout.
Results: Despite the budgetary challenge, the San Francisco event was executed flawlessly, achieving remarkable success. The company closed two multi-year deals totaling $8M in bookings directly attributed to the series. This underscored the team's ability to deliver exceptional results under pressure, demonstrating unmatched adaptability and commitment to quality.
