Project: New York was the second stop on the Curiously Human Event Series, and the event showcased cutting-edge conversational AI developments. Esteemed customer speakers from The Real Real, Chipotle, United Airlines, and more shared insights into their strategies, achievements, and obstacles, complemented by LivePerson leaders unveiling new product features.
Intent: To bring the Curiously Human brand to life for North American attendees with the creation of an immersive experience that showcased conversational AI's latest trends and innovations through engaging environments and interactions. One of the key activations of this event was a transitional tunnel that tracked moments, creating an aura pattern tying in the new branding visuals.
Role/Contributions: Developed and executed the creative strategy and branding to resonate with a North American audience.
Directed design and experiential execution, overseeing production, AV, and live video production streaming.
Managed vendor and agency partnerships, coordinated logistics and build-out, and produced print collateral
Oversaw budget of $1.2M with $250K dedicated to environmental design.
Results: The event secured $6M in bookings directly attributed to the series, demonstrating the effectiveness of a strategically crafted brand experience in fostering business growth. It remains the company’s #1 driver of marketing-sourced revenue.
