Project: Focused on distilling the essence and advantages of the Conversational Cloud into a concise, engaging video, this project aimed to bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer needs, providing a clear, compelling overview of how LivePerson's technology can transform customer engagement strategies.

Intent: The goal was to produce a top-of-funnel video that visually and conceptually introduces LivePerson's Conversational Cloud, a sophisticated AI-driven platform designed to enhance customer communications. This video was intended as a pivotal tool for initial sales meetings, crafted to not only inform but also captivate potential clients by demonstrating the platform's capabilities and benefits.

Challenges: Conveying complex AI functionalities in an easily understandable format for viewers unfamiliar with the technology, while also keeping the content engaging enough to capture and retain viewer interest within budgetary constraints.

Role/Contributions: Oversaw the scripting phase, crafting a narrative that highlights key features and benefits of the Conversational Cloud in a clear and engaging manner.

Led the storyboarding process, visually planning each segment of the video to ensure a cohesive and impactful viewer journey.

Directed the video production, from filming to editing, ensuring the vision for the video was realized effectively and aligned with the project's goals.

Managed agency relations and coordinated post-production efforts, overseeing editing, sound design, and visual effects to polish the final product.

Controlled the project's budget, strategically allocating the $30K to cover all production and post-production expenses efficiently.

Results: The Unified AI video significantly increased interest in LivePerson's Conversational Cloud product offering. By effectively showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits, the video served as an essential asset in initial sales meetings, engaging potential clients and sparking conversations around digital transformation through AI and conversational technologies.
